キャンセル・返金について
Cancellation and refunds
- ツアー7日前以上のキャンセル：決済手数料を差し引いた金額を全額返金
- ツアー3〜6日前のキャンセル：決済手数料を差し引いた金額の50%返金
- ツアー48時間以内のキャンセル・無断不参加：返金不可
※ Stripe等の決済手数料は返金対象外です。詳細はRefund Policyをご確認ください。天候・自然災害等、弊社の責によらない事由でのキャンセルは別途協議いたします。
- 7 or more days before the service: full refund of the amount remaining after deducting payment processing fees
- 3–6 days before the service: refund of 50% of the amount remaining after deducting payment processing fees
- Within 48 hours of the service, or no-show: no refund
Stripe and other payment processing fees are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy. Cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control will be discussed separately.
